At Trex Enterprises' San Diego headquarters in the Sorrento Mesa area of the city, our scientists and engineers conduct their research and development in a state-of-the-art research facility completed in 1996. This 90,000 square foot facility houses modern experimental laboratories as well as our administrative support offices.
Optical component design and test equipment is available to support adaptive optics, tracking and laser programs. Design capabilities include Computer Aided Design systems for lens design, aberration and scattering analysis and polarization. There are extensive facilities to support laser research employing various IR and visible solid-state lasers. Our electronic facilities support research on signal processing, millimeter-wave systems, custom digital interfaces and high voltage analog electronics for a variety of applications. Trex Enterprises' engineering facilities include materials research and engineering test labs, electronics design space, as well as mechanical design, electro-optic and electro-acoustic labs.
Oahu Operations
Honolulu, Hawaii
Trex Enterprises expanded its Hawaii presence in 2004 opening its downtown Honolulu office. The Oahu location serves as the Company's executive offices in the Islands. The focus is business development, corporate communications, customer support, and forming new partnerships and ventures.

Maui Operations
Kahului, Hawaii
Trex Enterprises’ Maui operations specializes in complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensors, millimeter-wave communication systems, adaptive optics and other innovative sensor and electo-optical systems. We recently moved into our own facility in Kahului after being located in the Maui Research Tech Center since 2000. Trex's new Maui facility reflects the significant job creation the company has steadily maintained and its commitment to the Islands.

Trex Enterprises' Kauai, Hawaii operations, known as Trex Advanced Materials, develops and manufactures advanced ceramic materials for applications in the semiconductor, lightweight flight/SiC optics, ballistics, and other high tech arenas. The Trex Advanced Materials team operates a 24/7 manufacturing facility providing numerous professional jobs and career growth opportunities. Trex Advanced Materials is dedicated to frontier materials research, process development and world-class manufacturing.

Trex Enterprises' West Hatfield facility focuses on the fabrication of state-of-the-art millimeter-wave components for our novel security and communications technologies. Our 4,000 foot modern facility permits progressive growth and job creation.

New Mexico Operations
Albuquerque, New Mexico
Trex Enterprises' New Mexico operations, known as Trex Applications, is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This spacious facility located in the Broadbent Business Park opened in May 2005. It is here where our team specializes in satellite imaging technology and algorithm development. Trex opened its first New Mexico office in 1993 at Kirtland Air Force Base and expanded to Socorro in 1998. The Albuquerque office consolidates operations under one roof.
